The Revision Log of the SQN Physica'1 Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, provided in the enclosure, describes the recent change. The revised plan became effective as of June 6, 2016.
* Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has evaluated the changes contained in this revision and does not consider the revision to decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the subject plan.
