Elimination." This iten was reported as complete in March 1990, Based upon an independent CP&L internal review, it has been determined that three of the Level 2 items in'D27 were only                                 .
L               partially completed. D27 has been reopened,-and new target-completion dates have been established forethe incompleto items.
The new target completion date for D27 is August 15,:1990.
Also, for your-information, a reassignment of responsibilities has been made related to our Brunswick Corrective Action Program. :One                          :
of our Level =2 actions under Item D9, " Implement Corrective Action Program Improvements," was to name a Brunswick Corrective Action ~
Program Coordinator. This was-accomplished in:1989, when these responsibilities were assigned to Mr. J.' W. .Moyer, Technical

People Issues,- ' Including Employee Suggestion System," has been extended from September 30, 1990, to-                                               1 December 31, 1990.          This item was originally Brunswick specific, but a management . decision was made to develop a. corporate program.

Attached are the Level 1 and Level 2 Integrated Action Plans, which are current through June 30. . Changes from last month's report are indicated by an asterisk. Also attached are graphs which show our                                               1 Level 1 and Level 2 progress against the schedule and illustrate                                                  l our actual and projected schedule performance on ; Level 1 Action Items.        Additionally, an Integrated ' Action Plan ' Schedule. of Independent Reviews is attached, which is also current through l
June 30.         It indicates that 10 -independent reviews by CP&L-                                               ;
personnel are complete and that 28 other independent reviews are underway.
