Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Start-Up Test Report for Cycle 10 Millstone Unit No. 2 entered Mode 1 on April 30, 1989, and the Cycle 10 startup test program was completed on May 18, 1989, following its refueling outage. As required by the Millstone Unit No. 2 Technical Specifications, Section 6.9, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company submitg Millstone                                   Unit No. 2 However, due to a Cycle 10 Start-Up Test Report on July 24, 1989 collating error, three (3) pages were omitted from the end of the startup test report. Attachment 1 to this letter provides the missing pages.
