Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 1987 Annual Environmental Ooeratina Report Section 5.4.1 of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP), Reference                            1, requires that Northeast Nuclea" Energy Company submit an Annual Environmental Operating Report to the NRC describing implementation of the EPP for the previous year. The attached report fulfills this requirement for 1987.
Also enclosed, for your information, is a report which has been submitted to the Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection, as required by Reference   2, and discussed in Section 2.1 of the attached 1987 Annual Environmental Operating Report.
