accordance with the current Technical Specifications.
CYAPCO plans to perform the upcoming Haddam Neck Plant ILRT at a test pressure of 40 psig. A Technical Specification change is not required as the 40                               ,
psig test will be conducted in accordance with the Haddam Neck Plant Technical                                '
Specificat. ion Acceptance Criteria 4.4.1.B.I. As such, CYAPCO, on behalf of the Haddam Neck Plant, hereby formally withdraws its March 12, 1986 request for                                   ,
exemption from the requirements of 10CFR50, Appendix 3, Section III.A.4.(a).                                  J It should be noted that CYAPCO reserves the right to perform future ILRTs at a reduced test pressure, in accordance with the current Technical Specifications.                                .
