Haddam Neck Plant Licensed Operator Requalification Program Status Report In Reference G), the summary o! llequalification Training Meeting 50-213/85-10 was pronced which documented a tummitment to provide:
o         documentatien of those individuals that will be exempted from the theory upgrade porten of the operator licensing requalification program, o         details of an independent third party evaluation of our operator licensing requalification program and o         the names of individual = who will not complete the short term program with the appropriate justification for license renewal prior to completion of the short term program.
Reference (2) provided the required information except for a copy of the independent third party evaluation report on the requalification program.                 A copy of this report was provided to Mr. Harry B. Kister during his visit to Northeast Utilities on July 23,1985. In providing this report +o your Mr. Harry B.      Kister, along with Reference (2), it is our understanding that the commitments documented within Reference (1) have been fulfilled.
