At the request of the NRC staff, Florida Power Corporation (FPC) has reviewed the outstanding issues submitted by FPC and reported in NUREG-0748 (Vol. 5, No. 9). It has been concluded, as a result of this review, that resources would be better utilized if several items were withdrawn and addressed during the implementation of the Technical Specification Improvement Project (TSIP) recommendations.
