==Dear Sir:==

Florida Power Corporation (FPC) hereby submits Revision 1 to Technical Specification Change Request No. (TSCRN) 203 requesting amendment to Operating License No. DPR-72.
As part of this request, the TSCRN and the proposed replacement pages are provided.
The revised TSCRN adds a strategy for dispositioning small volume eddy current indications attributed to Inter-granular Attack (IGA) in the first span of Crystal l     River Unit Three (CR-3) Once Through Steam Generators' (OTSG) tubes. The TSCRN was l     previously provided in Reference A,             to fulfill the Confirmatory Action Letter (Reference B), Item No. 9, to " Provide a proposed License Amendment based on your evaluation of the tube pull data no later than May 31, 1995."
i In order to provide additional assurance of tube leakage integrity, FPC commits to performing in-situ pressure testing of a representative sample of tube indications.
