Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6 Proposed Technical Specification Bases Change Related To The Containment Air Locks Gentlemen:
By {{letter dated|date=April 4, 1995|text=letter dated April 4,1995}} (2CAN049511), Entergy Operations requested changes to Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) Unit 2 Technical Specification 3/4.6.1.3 concerning containment air locks. In a subsequent conversation, the staff requested additional information to be added to the bases consistent with that found in the improved standard technical specifications. The bases information elaborates on the types of entries that can be made through an inoperable air lock during the allowed seven day period. Upon further review, we have concluded that the bases for note number two from the improved standard technical specifications would provide appropriate clarification for the specification. Attached are the proposed changes to the bases for specification 3/4.6.1.3. The attached changes do not affect the conclusions of the no significant hazards determination of the April 4,1995 submittal.
