==SUMMARY==
DECEMBER 1986 UNIT TWO The unit began the month at 100% power.
At 2118 hours on the fifth, a CEA continued to drive inward when given a withdrawal command. At 2124 hours, a power reduction commenced due to the CEA problem and the alarms associated with it.
Power was stabilized at 67%.
Following CEA Exercise Testing, a power increase was started at 0100 hours on the sixth.
The unit reached 100% power on the same day at 0422 hours.
On the twenty-first at 2102 hours, a power reduction to 75% was initiated due to a main condenser tube leak.
One tube was plugged and a power escalation commenced at 1420 hours on the twenty-third.
The unit reached 100% power at 1836 hours on the same day and remained there through the end of the month.
