In our letter of June 18, 1982, (1CAN068210) we committed to propose ANO-1 Technical Specifications in response to your letter of February 12, 1982, (0CNA028210) that would require chlorine detector operability similar to ANO-2. These proposed Technical Specifications are attached.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR170.22, we have determined this request to be a Class III Amendment as it is a single safety issue.
Accordingly, a check in the amount of $4,000 is remitted.
