The purpose of this letter is to revise our commitment made in response to                                    l Licensee Event Report (LER) 96-047-00. Commitment 816028-03 required that                                     !
the Training Department develop and deliver a program to inform the engineering, operations, and maintenance organizations of seismic qualification requirements.
This training was to be completed by May 1,1997. Due to an administrative oversight within the implementing department the actions required to be taken have not been completed as previously committed. As of this date training has been provided to only the appropriate electrical maintenance group personnel.
The ' development.of additional required lesson plans is currently in progress and will be completed by July 1,1997. Delivery of training to appropriate engineering, operations, and maintenance department personnel will completed by August 1, 1997.
