This Licensee Event Report entitled " Engineered, Safety Feature Actuation - Closure of the "B" Safety Auxiliarses Cooling System to Turbine Auxiliaries cooling System Isolation Valves" is being submitted pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.73 (a) (2) (iv) .
The cause of August 7, 1997, event was not determined until after the September 4, 1997 event occurred; therefore, this LER is being submitted to discuss both events because both have the same cause.      This was discussed with NRC Region I management.
