                .The Licensee Event Report (LER) 90-012-00 was submitted May 3, 1990.          At that time JAF anticipated submitting a supplemental report that discussed the additional affected valves,.the Service Water . Task Force findings, further corrective actions, and the safety significance.                   However due,to the outage extension until-June 19,1990 and the Service Water System testing / analysis efforts final determination of the safety significance has been delayed.
