Although the LER was prepared by the duc date of September 13,1997, due to an administrative error, it war not mailed on time, it is now being submitted 24 days late. He following item represents the new conunitment made in this letter.
Replacement of the remaining 16 safety related original equipment, normally-energized, CR 120A relays, will be accomplished by the end of RFOl5.
