               -this event.and come up with preventive actions.                  It was anticipated that this task groups analysis would be completed
               . prior to.the end of January, 1986, and a final LER would be submitted by January 31,'1986. The' review of this event and the proposed' recommendations are exceeding the time frame initially envisioned.- It-is, therefore, requested that the expected.
1 submission date for Licensee Event Report- 85-058 lx3 changed to May 1, 1986.
The revised interim Licensee Event Report 85-058-01 which has been modified to reflect items identified during.our investigation is.
