In the previous submittal of LER 87-031, the Sacramento Municipal Utility District committed to supplementing the LER. This revision states that Technical Specification Proposed Amendment No.158 will provide controls for the Hydrogen Recombiner System.      In addition. Surveillance Procedures SP.45A and SP.45B will replace procedure SP.201.08.
