NITACilMENT A REGULATORY COMMITMENTS The following identifies those actions committed to by Comed in this document. Any other actions discussed is this submittal represent intended or planned actions by Comed. They are described to the NRC for the NRC's information and are not regulatory commitments.
Regulatory Commitments                                                           Tracking .'' umber TSI 91-05 will be revised to eliminate the misicading information.               30418097SCAQ00011-01 Zion Administrative Procedure (ZAP) 110-02, " Procedure Process Control,"        30418097SCAQ00011-02 will be revised to require procedure writers to use the applicable prints and drawings, when applicable, ta document that requirement in the appropriate checklist, and to provide the marked up copics of the drawings used to the reviewers.
The reviewers of the TSI and the procedure will be counseled for failing to      30418097SCAQ00011-03 use the applicable prints as required by the Administrative Procedure.
ZAP 500-02, "On-Site Review and investigative Function," and ZAP 500-            30418097SCAQ00011-04 08, " Technical Review Control," will be revised to require documentation by reviewers in the appropriate checkU .s/ signature pages that they have used the relevant drawings, when applicable.
Regulatory Assurance will review all current Technical Specification             30418097SCAQ00011-05 Interpretations to ensure they do not include inappropriate instructions for operating plaat equipment.
A training needs analysis will be performed to evaluate the specific needs       30418097SCAQ00011-06 for training On-Site reviewers and technical reviewers in their responsibilities and options. Resultant training sessions will be performed.
