DOCKET 50-301 LICENSEE EVENT REPORT 92-006-00 INADVERTENT ESF ACTUATION AS_A RESULT OF AS-BUILT WIRE TRACING POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 Enclosed is Licensee Event Report 92-006-00 for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Unit 2. This report is being reissued and supersedes the report submitted on November 17, 1392. This report is being submitted in accordance with the requirements of            i 10 CFR 50.73(2)(iv), "Any event or condition that resulted in manual or automatic actuation of any Engineered Safety Feature (ESP), including the Reactor Protection System (RPS)." This report describes the inadvertent actuation of a non-safeguards equipment lockout.       The trip of this lockout is believed to have occurred when a "B" train safety injection relay was inadvertently bumped during at-built wire tracing in the Unit 2 safeguards racks.
