This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(vii)B. The licensee shall report any single cause ofinopecable independent train or channelin a single system designed to remose residual heat.                      !

Resise QCTS 0750-01. " Safety Related Snubber Visual Inspection"     100198 to by clarify the requiremer.t to perfomi the evaluation on inoperability and include required notifications on snubber operability per Technical Speci6 cation 3 8 F.
3 Revise QCTS 0750 05 " Snubber Functional Testing Using APl! Darker STB 200 Test Bench" by 100l98 to include required notifications on snubber operability per Technical Speci6 cation 3 8 F.
