This report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.73(a)(2)(1)(B). The licensee shall report any operation or condition prohibited by the
!                   Plant's Technical Specifications.
The following commitment is being made by this iciter:
Revise QCIS 1000-02 to include the 2330-106A-D relays and associated                             4 test equipment to verify relay function dur:ng the monthly surveillance. Revision to be effective prior to next scheduled Monthly Surveillance (Unit 1, 012998, Unit 2, 013098).
