!                    this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.
l l                    B16450-1          NNECO commits that the specific failure modes identified affecting the Diesel Generator, Gas Turbine Generator, Feedwater Coolant Injection System will be l                                      corrected by plant changes or analysis prior to startup for operating cycle 16.
i B16450-2           NNECO commits that engineering guidance delineating the detailed requirements                            l for application of the single failure criterion will be prepared and training on the proper application of the single failure criterion will be conducted for personnel identified by the Manager, Design Engineering prior to startup for operating cycle 16.
B16450-3          NNECO commits that all non-QA electrical interfaces with a safety system will be l                                      evaluated to assure that the ability of the safety systems to perform their required
;                                      safety functions will not be affected. This review will be completed prior to l                                      startup for operating cycle 16.
