I This letter forwards Licensee Event Report (LER) 97-019-00, documenting an event that                                           j occurred at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1 on March 26, 1997. This LER is submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73(a)(2)(i).
The following are Northeast Nuclear Energy Company's (NNECO's) commitments made within this letter. All other statements made within this letter are for information only.
l               B16395-1         NNECO commits that the chemistry procedure will be changed to a surveillance l                                procedure and revised to implement the assumptions and conditions from the Offsite i                                Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) concerning use of the liquid radwaste monitor                                   I l                                default setpoint by July 30,1997.
B16395-2         .NNECO commits to perform a review of the unit chemistry procedures to ensure compliance with efiluent Technical Specifications by July 31,1997.                                             !
