On December 06, 2017, your email to Timothy Powell, FPL Senior Environmental Services 
: Engineer, confirmed that the 316(b) plan of study for St. Lucie met the requirements of permit Condition VI.4.b. The enclosure to this letter provides the approved plan of study with the ''DRAFT" watermarks removed.
The St Lucie Plant will implement the study a-s--described in the proposed plan. Sampling is scheduled to occur bi-weekly over the course of approximately one year. The St. Lucie Plant study will conclude in apprnximately four years. Upon completion of the site's 316(b) study, St. Lucie will submit-a final-report to the Florida Department 0&#xa3; Environmental, Protection Industrial Wastewater Section.
