The purpose of this meeting between Arizona Public Service Company (APS) and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is to discuss a planned license amendment request (LAR) to change Technical Specification 5.3.1 requirements for unit staff qualifications, moving them to the Quality Assurance Plan.
