10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(ii)(A) to report the condition of the nuclear power plant, including its principal safety barriers, being seriously degraded, due to the identification of reactor coolant system pressure boundary leakage during the current refueling outage at Callaway Plant, and 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B) to report an operation or condition prohibited by the plants Technical Specifications, due to failure to meet the shutdown requirement (to Mode 5) for Technical Specification 3.4.13, RCS Operational LEAKAGE.
This letter does not contain new commitments.
