==Purpose:==
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a program that will provide a basis for extending the liquid penetrate testing (PT) examination frequency for embedded flaw repairs (EFR) performed on reactor vessel head penetrations discussed in WCAP-15897-NP-A, Rev. 2.
 "The NRC Safety Evaluation for WCAP-15897-NP-A, Rev. 2 requires a PT examination of an EFR every refueling outage.
