On May 15, 1935, we verbally notified your Mr. D. Hunnicutt of a deficiency regarding the use of a nonrepresentative sample in determining generic values for typical conduit span calculations. We have submitted an interim report logged TXX-4489, dated June 11, 1985.
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate completion by February 18, 1986.
