On June 16, 1986, we verbally notified your Mr.                   C.-  Hale of a deficiency involving a generic design concern with the qualification of fire barrier seals supplied by BISCO. This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e).
We are continuing our evaluation and anticipate submitting our next report by August 29, 1986.
