revision into the Millstone Unit No. 3 '!echniual Specification 3/4.7.1.3 and Bases                                   l Sections 3/4.7.1.2 and 3/4.7.1.3.
Descriotion of Proposed Revision Technical Specification 3/4.7.1.3 requires sufficient water to be available for the Auxiliary Feedwater System to maintain the reactor coolant system at Hot Standby for 10 hours before cooling down te Hot Shutdown in the next 6 hours. The proposed changes increase the required volume of water when the Condentie Storage Tank is                                    .I used, reword Tecnnical Specification 3/4.7.1.3 for clarity and expand the description in Bases Sectionc B3,4.7.1.2 and B3/4.7.1.3.
