Descriotion of Proposed Revision l
l               Technical Specification Table 2.2-1_ Notes 1 and 3 define the values for the constants -
i               used in the Overtemperature Delta T (OTAT) and Overpower Delta T (OPAT) Reactor

Trip System instrumentation setpoint calculators. This proposed revision to Technical Specification redefines the numeric constants with either "# or "2:", modifies the notes
,               to reflect hardware modifications that were made during construction, moves the ATo
:               term from the right side of the OTAT and OPAT algorithms to the left side, rewords the j               definitions for clarity, and expands the Bases description .
