       .We      understand the Comission's concern over inclusion of' clauses in these agreements which restrict the ability of employees to provide information about potential safety issues to the NRC. It is PP&L's policy to address all legitimate concerns and allegations regarding potential safety issues, regardless of the source, in a forthright manner and without reprisal.
