Both sets of revisions are acceptable and have repigced:the appropriate pages in your plan, although we do find one change questioitable.

The Guidelines for< Radio}og'ical Contingency Plans (NUREG-0762) specifically states there should be an genual review of all radiological contingency plans. DuringaphonecalbtoMr.GaryComfortof the NRC on July 14, Mr. Earl Strain of Vallecitos Nuclear. Center stated that Vallecitos would continue to review its radiological! tontingency plan at least annually. We believe that the annual review (schedule should be reinstated in your contingency plan and request a revised page returning to an annual review schedule be included with your next submission of radiological contingency plan revisions.                                           ,
