This condition prevented the officer from maintaining effective access control

The security supervisor who discovered this problem at door                           meediately called for a replacement security officer to                                                                                                                      i be posted at the door. I Effects of Event Uncontrolled access to                                                       -vital area.
Description of Compensatory Measures Upon discovery a replacement security officer was posted at the affected vital area door. The vital area was checked for unauthorized persons and activities with none being found.
Description of Apparent Cause
  ,                 A security officer posted to control access was found to be asleep.
Corrective Action I.
The security officer was removed from shift and a determination to suspend or discontinue employment is being made.
