Also enclosed are the Safety Evaluation Poport (SER) and the original operating
 .           license which expires in the year 2001, for the University of Missouri -
!           Columbia reactor. The Environmental Assessnent is included as part of the SER.
l The Comission has delegated to the staff certain responsibilities, including the issuance of operating licenses, renewals and other licensing actions,                    t for research reactors.
The enclosed NUREG issued for the University of Missnuri -Rella reactor (NUREG-10P6) is e recent practice with NRC.              NUREG dcLuments were not issued at the tire the original Operating License for the University of Missouri -                   :
