Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS), Unit No. 1 and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Revision to Draft BVPS Physical Security Plan submitted April 28, 2004 The NRC issued an Order dated April 29, 2003, Requiring Compliance with Revised Design Basis Threat ("Order EA-03-086" or "Order") and other security related Orders for Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS), Units 1 and 2.             On April 28, 2004, the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) provided a supplement (L-04-043) to the previously submitted responses to Order EA-03-086 for BVPS. Included in that submittal was a proposed draft revision to the BVPS Physical Security Plan (PSP) as required by the Order.
The review of the draft BVPS PSP by the NRC staff resulted in several Requests for Additional Information (RAIs). The proposed revision to the BVPS Physical Security Plan has now been modified to incorporate changes based on the resolution of the RAI issues and is enclosed with this letter.
In accordance with 10 CFR 73.21, the enclosure to this document has been determined to contain Safeguards Information, and is thereby exempt from public disclosure.
