Letter from Patrick R . Simpson (Exelon Generation Company, LLC/AmerGen Energy Company, LLC) to U . S . NRC, "Request for Approval of Change to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC, Quality Assurance Topical Report," dated July 31, 2008 In the referenced letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) and AmerGen Energy Company, LLC (AmerGen), requested approval of a proposed change to the Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR) . The proposed change deletes the requirement to have new or revised administrative procedures, recommended by Regulatory Guide 1 .33, "Quality Assurance Program Requirements (Operations)," reviewed by the plant's operations review committee prior to implementation.
The referenced letter inadvertently omitted reference to Docket No. 72-70 for the independent spent fuel storage installation at LaSalle County Station . In addition, the docket number for the license held under 10 CFR 71 was incorrect. Those errors are corrected in the above listing.
