The following statement supplements the information in the cover letter to River Bend Station's revision 'to the Security Plan, Training & Qualification (T&Q) Plan and Safeguards Contingency Plan. These documents were previously submitted to the NRC on April 1, 2009 (Reference 2).
In accordancewith I OCFR50.54(p), these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the Security Plan.
