Enclosure 1 to this letter contains the PBNP U2C35 COLR that was issued on October 15, 2015. Enclosure 2 to this letter contains a revised U 1 C36 COLR to correct Figure 2. It was identified that the numeric values in Figure 2 did not display properly.
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
