The last two events (Tropical Storm Fay and the precipitation event dated January 9, 2014) inundated low spots in our system that threatened power generation, and more importantly personnel safety as many electrical components were submerged by rising water.Attached is a map identifying Emergency Discharge point areas that we propose to drain via temporary deployed pumps during these extreme events.
