FEES FOR FACILITIES, MATERIALS, IMPORT AND EXPORT LICENSES, AND OTHER REGULATORY SERVICES UNDER THE ATOMIC ENERGY ACT OF 1954, AS AMENDED

Sec.

Schedule of Fees

170.21 Schedule of fees for production or utilization facilities, review of standard referenced design approvals, special projects, inspections, and import and export licenses.

170.31 Schedule of fees for materials licenses and other regulatory services, including inspections, and import and export licenses.

170.32 Schedule of fees for health and safety, and safeguards inspections for materials licenses.

Enforcement

170.41 Failure by applicant or licensee to pay prescribed fees.

170.51 Right to review and appeal of prescribed fees.
