STAFF REQUIREMENTS-SECY-19-0068- DIRECT FINAL RULE -ALTERNATIVES TO THE USE OF CREDIT RATINGS (RIN 3150-AJ92)
The Commission has approved the staff's request to withdraw this SECY paper.
Based on emerging information since the paper was made public, the staff determined that it would be prudent to discontinue the direct final rule process at this time, and transition to development of a revised rule to allow opportunity for public input.
