Dear Mr. Borchardt:
The attachment to this letter provides information in support of an NRC request for additional information (RAI) on the AP600 design (0952.90). This RAI requests the submittal of PRHR test data b electronic form.
The following information is provided:
Table 1, Listing of files enclor:d with Westinghouse Letter NTD-NRC-94-4288 Westinghouse AP600 PRHR Test Operating Procedure, Revision 1, 8/21/90 Passive Residual Heat Removal Heat Exchanger Phase 11 Te.t Data The enclosed diskettes contain the data files from the Phase 11 PRHR Heat Exchanger tests. These tests are documented in WCAP-12980, Revision 1. Included on the diskettes is a Fortran routina used to reduce the raw test data. Table 1 provides a listing of the test data files included on the diskettes.
The Westinghouse Electric Corporation copyright notice, proprietary information notice, application for withholding and affidavit are also attached.
This submittal contains Westinghouse proprietary information consisting of trade secrets, commercial information or financial information which we consider privileged or confidential pursuant to 10CFR2.790. Therefore, it is requested that the Westinghouse proprietary information attached hereto be handled on a confidential basis and be withheld from public disclosures.
