We Shift Operation's Advisors (SOAs) have been part of the Fermi 2 i

operating crew. %eir function was to provide comercial ElfR operating experience to the shift crews until termi 2 operators had achieved operating experience. License condition 2.C.12 requires that there be an advisor on shift until at least one senior operator on the shift attains six months of hot operating experience, including six weeks at >29% full powr, and who has had startup and shutdown experience. NRC notification of at least 30 days is required prior to release of an SOA.

l In the March 12, 1986 Comissioner's Meeting we stated that the SOAs l

will be maintained until full power operationi is achieved. Ptil power operation has been achieved.
