By letter dated November 27, 2023 (Reference), Energy Northwest submitted a request for Columbia Generating Station for exemption from the compliance date of January 8, 2024, for the new security rule, Enhanced Weapons, Firearms Background Checks, and Security Event Notifications.

This letter serves as a supplement to provide notification that the Columbia Generating Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Docket No. 72-35 should have been referenced in support of the Referenced submittal.
