SUSQUEHANNA STEAM ELECTRIC STATION NOTIFICATION OF PETITION FOR BANKRUPTCY Docket Nos. 50-387, PLA-8038 50-388 and 72-28 Reference Susquehanna letter to NRC, "Notification of Petition for Bankmptcy (PLA-8008)," dated May 10, 2022 (ADAMS Accession No. ML22130A464)

In accordance with 10 CFR 30.34(h)(l), 10 CFR 40.41(£)(1), 10 CFR 50.54(cc)(1),

10 CFR 70.32(a)(9), 10 CFR 72.44(b)(6), and Information Notice 93-100, Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC, provided notice on May 10, 2022, that Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC, and Talen Energy Supply, LLC, had filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

On December 12, 2022, Talen Energy Corporation, the direct parent ofTalen Energy Supply, LLC, filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankmptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. Talen Energy Corporation and the Talen entities seek to jointly administer Talen Energy Corporation's bankmptcy case with the pending bankruptcy case involving Susquehanna Nuclear, LLC, and Talen Energy Supply, LLC.
