Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) letter to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), "Request for Relief from American Society of Mechanical EngineersSection XI Volumetric Examinations Requirements - Fifth 10-Year Interval, First Period", (1CAN082201) (ML22236A500), dated August 24, 2022 Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy) requested NRC approval of a Request for Relief for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1) via the reference letter. The request is associated with the requirements of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI pertaining to volumetric examinations and ASME Code Case N-716-1. The purpose of this submittal is to supplement the information in the reference letter.

After making the submittal of the Request for Relief, Entergy identified that the information provided in the table for the cumulative effect to delta risk for all the subject welds, contained incorrect information. The table was provided in page 4 of 19 of the enclosure of the Request for Relief. The corrected table is provided below.
