STAFF REQUIREMENTS - COMSECY-21-0010 - REVISION OF THE REACTOR OVERSIGHT PROCESS PUBLIC RADIATION SAFETY SIGNIFICANCE DETERMINATION PROCESS The Commission has approved staffs recommendation to update the Significance Determination Process for the Public Radiation Safety Cornerstone of the Reactor Oversight Process to incorporate the disposition of inspection findings related to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 37, Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Material."
