STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-17-0095 - REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PROPOSED REVISION TO REGULATORY GUIDE 5.77, INSIDER MITIGATION PROGRAM The Commission has approved the issuance of Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide (RG) 5.77, Insider Mitigation Program. Before issuing the guidance, the staff should edit the document for consistency, accuracy, formatting, and a determination regarding which content should be marked Unclassified and Official Use Only - Security Related Information. The staff should provide the edited version to the Commission in a Commissioners Assistants note before issuance and should notify the Commission if it has any recommended substantive changes based on information and experience gained since this paper was submitted to the Commission.
