Docket Nos: 50-286 and 72-51 7 z_- /P J t.f License No. DPR-64 I Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) operates the Indian Point Energy Center (IPEC)
Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72.210. The conditions of 10 CFR 72.212(b)(2) include the registration of a spent fuel cask within 30 days of using a cask for the storage of spent nuclear fuel.
Accordingly, this letter hereby registers the use on April 14, 2021 of the Eighteenth (18 th ) IPEC Unit 3 dry fuel storage cask. The cask was loaded to Amendment 9 Rev 1 of Holtec International Coe #1014 and the corresponding Holtec International HI-STO RM 100 Cask System FSAR Revision 13. This cask is the Fifty Fourth (54 th ) IPEC dry fuel storage casks to be added to the IPEC ISFSI pad (31 from Unit No. 2, 18 from Unit No.
3, and 5 from Unit No. 1).
This letter also provides the following registration information associated with the Fifty Fourth (54th ) HI-STORM 100 cask system that was placed into storage on the IPEC ISFSI pad [Docket No. 72-51]. The fuel contained in this cask is from IPEC Unit 3 Nuclea r Power Plant, Reactor License No. DPR-64. Docket No. 50-286.
